I have ordered but I have been warned to make sure all the apps I have will run BEFORE installing.

Great stuff… I’ve been waiting for the release date announcment so I can order my new mac book.

I’m thinking of ordering it from http://www.toshcomputers.co.nz - they do great prices on mac gear and the owner has told me that they will upgrade the OS within 30 days of purchase.

I am excited about getting a mac book pro - if it’s half as good as the iPhone I’ll be happy.

I switched to a MacBook Pro about 6 months ago, from being a mostly dell user. And… its great. Such a better experience than a windows machine. OS is excellent, installed software (ILife) is great, and you can use parallels to run all your windows software.

Battery life is only downside, I get about 2-2.5 hours, but I run every app in existence.

I think Apple will just sell more and more macbooks, theyre roughly the same price as dell, and theyre just really nice machines.
